Someone needs to take Olivia Wilde by the hand, sit her down, and talk to her for some time. The Hollywood actress and director has gotten a little heat after she posted an Instagram story saying that she thought Rihanna’s partner A$AP Rocky was “hot.” Here’s what you need to know.

Olivia called the rapper hot and of course it didn’t take very long for her to get roasted for it. For some reason, the actress tagged both Rihanna and A$AP on her post and wrote, “If I thought he was hot before, this really put me over the edge.”

A lot of people thought it was quite inappropriate for Olivia to be apparently ‘thirsting” for Rihanna’s man, especially given her own sketchy history with her partners lately. And yes, the internet sure did have a lot to say about it.

Of course, it didn’t take very long for many critics to weigh in on the matter as they believe that Olivia might have gone a little too far here.

Some comments included, “Someone get this woman a glass of water bc she is thiirrssstttyyyy! I’m embarrassed for her. And no one buys her attempt to clean up on aisle 9,” along with, “I think she is at a place in time that if she even sneezes wrong people will jump down her throat. It’s like that friend you don’t know why why you’re friends with, then one day you get the courage to tell her why she grinds your nerves and from then on anything she does is unacceptable.”

Another critic wrote, “For cryin’ out loud. Does she want to totally trash what reputation she has left and torch her career to the ground? I’m seriously beginning to wonder if she became a director just so she’d have a bigger drama-queen stage. After DWD’s disastrous rollout, anyone with sense would be keeping a low profile and proving she’s a real pro by. Just. Working.”
